Hello ,

 

Can I please get a firmware update for my :-

HG635
Device ID:
00E0FC-B8Z8W18A23902774
Hardware version:
G.1.01
Software version:
v1.13t
 
 
The service status page says my router is on an old firmware and I have been sent this router because I am getting the fibre 35 upgrade for free on the estimated date of 9/08.
 
I have left the new router now plugged in for many days and it has not updated automatically overnight as can happen sometimes from what I read on here.
 
My profile details have been added with my account phone number etc.
