I have recently cancelled my Talktalk contract and have just been sent an email asking me to return my Talktalk hub by a particular day or by charged £50.
I have an issue with this because I haven't rented this equipment, I purchased it from them so why do I have to return something that I own?
Can someone please explain.

Can I just confirm, how did you purchase this router? Was it via the TalkTalk Store? Were you not originally sent a TalkTalk router when you first joined us?
