Returning Talk Talk equipment

Hi

 

We've just cancelled our Talk Talk broadband and we received an e-mail, saying we've got to return our equipment.

 

I've checked all the Talk Talk modems we've had (4 of them) and none of them match the serial number of the modem we've been asked to return.

 

Please can someone advise.

Talktalk's record keeping of equipment is not famed for its accuracy, @paul_liverpoolfc, and particularly poor is the processing of the fact that it has arrived.

 

Keep a note of all serial numbers, tracking numbers and a certificate of posting, once they have sorted out what you are supposed to be sending back.

Thanks. I'm wondering if Talk Talk mistakenly think we had their latest Wi-Fi Hub.
