Orange Light has been solid on router for 2 days. Tried live chat, first they said there was a problem their end, now they say the line check says it's fine. Tried everything everything they've suggested still no Internet. Any suggestions?

Ok would you like us to send a replacement router for testing purposes to rule this out? We would also send a router returns bag so that one of the routers can be returned.

Thanks for confirming. Although the line test is clear I can see quite a few re-authentications on the line. Do you have an alternative router that you can test with please?

The line is showing in sync and connected. Have you tried factory resetting the router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds?
