Router Power issue

Hi 

On Saturday morning i woke upto no internet so i thought maybe the router needs a reboot - Went to Router and there and turned the button on and off - which is when i noticed there appears to be no power to the router. 

 

So i've done the following and have located the issue 

1) Plugged Router in another power socket and tried to turn on - Still No Power 

2) I have Talk Talk Business too - So i used the power adapter from that router as they the same - Plugged it in - The router has Power  
3) Plugged in alternative (Personal Spare) Router - Internet is working fine  

 

So it appears for what ever reason the power adapter has failed - And no it's not a power surge as my equipment is attached to a UPS with power surge protection 

So i just need some help getting a new power adopter for the router

Hi Debbie 

 

Yes please - as although i am up and running using my own router - i usually keep that as a spare for situations just like this 

So if i can get  TT router i can put mine back as a spare

We would need to send a replacement router which will include new cables and a returns bag for your current router.
