Router Stand Broken on Delivery

Just has the cheapest poor quality router delivered and to add insult to injury the router stand on one side is broken

@Drewsuk , If the router was physically damaged when you received it, TalkTalk should replace it free of charge.

I'm sure staff will send you a new one as soon as you update your profile details and answer their question as requested (don't post personal details on the thread though).

 

As for your reservations on the general quality of the router, ISPs generally supply basic equipment to allow customers to access the internet. If you require additional features and functionality not present on the TalkTalk supplied router you can buy yourself a third party router to use as many of us do.
