Router completely dead

Hi new here I've been with talk talk ages now and never had any problems. Recently my Internet has been disconnecting itself and I've had to reset router. 

However tonight my router has completely packed in no lights and no power even when plugged in. 

I'm just wondering if anyone can email how I go about getting a replacement.

I have ordered you a replacement router and you should receive this within the next 24-48hrs.

Hi @joanne2021,

 

If you have tried it in a different plug socket to confirm that the router is dead then TalkTalk will be able to send you a replacement.
