Can anyone help me? I am having a continual problem with my fiber broadband, I continually have to reboot the router by switching it off at the wall socket both when I start up my computer and intermittently while I am using it, I will be on a website and suddenly get the 'can't be found' message. I reboot the router and then the connection comes back and I can use it.
I have also tried resetting the router
The Router is the Sage model
My broadband service is up for renewal

I'm really sorry to hear this.
I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults.
Would you like me to send a replacement router for testing to see how the connection compares?

Does this issue affect devices that are connected wired or wireless (or both) ?
When this happens what does the light on the router do, does it just remain solid white as if it was working normally ?
