Good afternoon,

 

I've joined Talk Talk and my Fibre Activation Date was about 2 week's ago but the router hasn't arrived yet. Please help

If you still need assistance can you please, as ste2014 requested, update your community profile to include your:

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

Hi,

Can you ensure your profile has your details filled in such as Home telephone number etc so the OCEs can locate your account and assist you with this.

Have you tried turning it off and on again!
