Router issue

Hi guys,

 

I seem to be having router issues real bad which affects both my wired and wireless connections, and the only current solution is to go to the router and manually turn it off and on again.

 

I cannot even do this remotely via 192.168.1.1 as it can never reach this page, which tells me it's a router issue, as even before when I had connectivity issues, I could always remotely reset the router.

 

So if one of the reps doesn't mind, can you please send me a new router, because not being able to have reliable Internet 24/7 is an issue, as I have others in my house who do not have access to my room (Tenents) who cannot manually reset the router whilst I'm at work etc.

 

All my details are in my profile etc, telephone number etc, and up to date.

The replacement router is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

 

Let us know how the connection compares with this router.
