For the last few months since I upgraded with talk talk I've had problems with this router jeep disconnecting. At first it was just once or twice a day and now it's got so bad that yesterday it was every 40 minutes. I've phoned up and they told us to call when it happens but it's back on by the time I actually get through to a human being! I followed all the suggestions from talk talk and it's still not helping. It's affecting my work as u work from home. During the 18 month prior to changing I worked from home permanently due to COVID and had only 1 problem for about 10 minutes so the only thing that has changed is me upgrading but no one will listen when I tell them this.

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault, however I can see re-connections on the line. Does the main socket have a test socket? Have you ever tested with a different router?
