I have been having problems with the router for the last 12 hours. Every few minutes it drops out and all devices lose connection. I then get a flashing light for a few minutes until it re-connects.
I've called the helpline but it is about as much help as a chocolate teapot as it's an automated service and is of no use to me. It asks about my landline phone but I don't have a phone to plug in. I haven't used a landline phone for over 15 years.
I have reset the router, left it unplugged for 20 minutes, etc etc and it is still happening. I think it must be a fault with the router as it was working fine up until last night.
