I've had nothing but trouble with this TT router since day one, the problems just seem to be persisting. The router just seems to boot everything off, wifi, ethernet cable... light stays white sometimes, othertimes orange but regardless nothing can connect to it even by cable.
I am having to turn it off at the wall multiple times a day. Can I request a new one to try please.

Sorry to hear this, have you tried connecting the router at the test socket?
Subject to that the support team will respond as soon as they can.
