Having had the engineer install our router and establish a solid white light the router itself has not been discoverable for any device wirelessly. The internet connection itself is fine as Ethernet connection works. I have tried resetting the box, turning it off and on and changing the settings but it is stuck with the wi-fi setting being set to disabled, even when I change this to enabled the status remains disabled??
