Yodel say they left the router in "a safe place-front porch" but I don't have a porch and the router is nowhere to be found!
My go live date was yesterday and I need a router to work from home!
How can I get Talk Talk to send me a route ASAP?

Thanks Debbie. I have not received any communication from Yodel regarding the new router delivery. Do you have a tracking number?
