Router not showing system logs - requesting a replacement

Hi,

 

I've been trying to access the system logs on my router but there appears to be none, it's just blank, no information in the section. I looked online to see if others have had this problem and found that its some kind of fault with the router so I'm looking for the unit to be replaced.

Hardware version: H.1.01
Software version: v2.00t
