Router not working

My faster fibre router isn't working suspect it is a power issue, but can't be sure would appreciate finding out how to go about fixing it/replacing it

The replacement router is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

 

Let us know how the connection compares with this router.

Hi I've tried to reset it but no lights come on

I'm sorry to hear this.

 

Are there any lights showing on the router?

 

Have you tried factory resetting the router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds? If you have tested this and are still experiencing this issue then I will send a replacement router.

Hi @Jude M ,
