Router replacement

Hello,

 

Just hoping someone can help me. My talktalk router and power cable have broken, the router was displaying an orange light for a day with no internet working and then it turned off completely.

 

I have tried using a different power cable and outlet but the router is not responding at all. Please could someone help me with how I arrange a replacement?

Hi @RoisinMcCoy ,

 

For one of the TalkTalk staff on this forum to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is provided on & an alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.

 

Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile.

 

Then they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow or Tuesday, they should be able to send you a replacement router.
