I've left my new router on 48 hours, but the service status still says "You have a Huawei-HG635 but the software needs updating to the latest version."
Can someone please push an update to it?

Sorry for the delay.
I'm unable to connect to your router. Please can you factory reset the router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds, I can then try and connect again.

Service Centre is often out of date and lags behind in the detail, @emmah.
Just leave it on all the time until staff tell you to do anything else. They won't be back on here before Monday.
