Every time my house phones rings the line is crackly and the internet turns off until the phone is finished being used

Are you using Microfilters (if you need them) in ALL of the sockets in your home that are in use ?

"You'll only need to use microfilters if you have a standard master socket with one port on the front. For your microfilters to work properly, you'll need to plug one into every socket you're using in your home."
If there is no issue with your microfilter setup then it would be worth going to the Service Centre to do a test on your phone line, this will indicate if there is currently any fault on your line. You can also access this from the ‘My Account’ site.
