Hi my service has gone live. I am on the super fast package. I have done a speed test today and I am only getting 29Mb. The dashboard is telling me the router Sagemcom-FAST5364 needs update.

If you have only just gone live then it can take a little while for things to settle down. If your router does require a firmware update then that will usually happen automatically overnight. However the staff here will be able to check and push an update out manually if required.
For one of the TalkTalk staff on this forum to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is provided on & an alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.
Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile.
Then they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.
