Service Status New Router

Service Status says I am using an old router. Without running a technical test and disconnecting me (there is nothing wrong with the old one) can I be sent a new one?

Apologies, I'm not sure why it's advising this as the HG633 is still one of our current routers.

Hi

 

Using Huawei HG633 but not experiencing any issues, just said I was using an out-of-date router in Service Status page.

Just to confirm, which router are you currently using? (make and model)

 

Are you experiencing a fault with the BB connection?
