My BB stopped working this morning. I did a line test which found a problem and assigned an engineer. About an hour later, I get a text saying it was fixed and if I still had problems I should troubleshoot.
I did the troubleshoot steps and got referred to the online chat. I was informed that it had been passed to OpenView, and they were working on it.
So, why does the service status page say all is ok?
I don't always get the page above - sometimes it just says that the fault is resolved and that I need to troubleshoot.

I'm sorry to hear this.
It appears that this fault has been assigned to a line engineer this morning to investigate.
I will continue to monitor for additional updates from Openreach.
