We have moved house and our go live date was meant to be 14th April but we cant connect to the wifi.
I have logged into the router and can see that devices are connected and apparently or status is showing as connected. When we connect on a phone we get a message saying "sign into a wifi network" we click on that and it goes to a webpage that says you do not have permission to view this directory or webpage and we are stuck there. Can anyone advise on this?

I've had a look at your connection and currently all looks ok. I've made a small change to improve the connection, lat me know if you still see the same issue.
Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
