Apologies for the delay.

 

I've checked the connection stats and your line is in sync at 31mb..

 

Please can you power down your router for a full 30 minutes and then run another speed test following this?

Have tried using hard wire but no difference. I should be getting 30mb to 39mb but it is only 24.
