Morning i have noticed my fibre lately is running between 20-25 meg i have done all the normsl tests and this didnt rectify the issue, normally the speed was 45 -50 meg .pls can this ne investigated thank you

I'm sorry to hear this.
I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults and the line is in sync at 49.7mb
Please can you power down the router for a full 30 minutes and then run another speed test?

Hi @Fizza,
If you go to the Service Centre what does it show for your estimated speed range. If you log into your router to check your sync speed does this show speeds below that estimated range. If you run a speed test (ideally from both a wired and wireless device so that you can compare), how close are the speed test results to the sync speed shown on your router.
If your sync speed is good, but your (ideally wired) speed test results are much slower, then try switching your router off for over 30 minutes, this will reset your session.
