Hi, my fibre link speed is no longer 39mbps, it's dropped to 25mbps over the past couple of months. I've repeatedly called about it, ran all the tests and usual diagnostic stuff. I've had the engineers out too and I'm getting really bored with continually having to complain about it .

Hi Debbie, yeah I've rebooted the router in an effort to get the speed up but only done that twice, all others times have been due to it going down. Router is currently reporting as being synced at 19999kbps but is supposed to be 39999kbps. I know for a fact that the line is capable of at least 39, as that what the engineer showed me when he was last here. Everbody in my house is giving me grief about the state of the internet .

I'm sorry to hear this.
I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults and your line is in sync at 20mb.
I can see a high number of re connections on the line which can affect the sync speed. Is the connection dropping or have you rebooted the router?
