I have superfast broadband (45 mb's) and it's works great in the day time, but when it gets a little later in the day (6pm-11pm i'd say) the speed drops to less than 1 mb's.
It's almost impossible to use the internet at all during this time.
I've tried to find a way to talk to someone on the phone about this or on the web chat but it seems like there is no way to.
It's not a problem with the router
Let me know if you can get this fixed

Does this affect wired as well as wifi connections ?
Does the router ever drop the connection or just slow down ?
Is speed restored if you reboot the router ?
