Slow speed after disconnection

Hi Team, Up to 1pm today my speed was 35mbps, After disconnection speed dropped to 8 down 4 up, As advised before rebooted router for a full 30+ mins but stayed the same, I tried this a further 3 times but again stayed the same. If you look in at my service centre the box`s( Network stability, your line speed, network service status, Each are showing a orange triangle fault. I am sure it is not my end, The phone is clear of noise and voice is also very clear, I am hard wired (ethernet). Please could you check your end for any faults. Many thanks Team await your reply.

I'm sorry to hear this.

 

The line tests have detected a possible line fault so I have escalated this fault over to Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer.

 

We should receive further updates within the next 48hrs.
