For a few weeks now my internet is virtually unusable around 7pm-11pm, the Download speeds drop right off down to 2mbps, my upload speeds seem unaffected at 18-20mbps.
Usually my download speed is 75mbps all through the day its only when it gets close to 7pm it drops completely off and watching a simple 1080p youtube video becomes impossible.
its only gone like this since renewing my contract, but id find it wierd if talk talk were testing my line as if i were a new customer.
all my internet settings are fine, all untouched from before.
my speedtest results are attached, the first one is just now and the other was earlier in the day, and again this was the speed i was always getting before 2 weeks ago without fail 24/7.
hoping someone has had the same problem as me and managed to get it sorted.

I've received an update after I left on Friday afternoon to advise that work has been completed which should resolve the slow speeds that you have been experiencing. How have you found the speeds over the last 48hrs?

3 months later and its doing the same thing.
going slow after 7pm and getting to a point that the internet even struggles to load google.
it took over 5 mins just to get this page up.
if you could sort it again like last time that would be great.
I am having the same issues openreach have been out and said the line is fine and the provider must be doing something their end ! I am waiting for the 30 days to sort before I cancel the contract, I have been with talk talk on and off since the Tiscali days and never had an issue.
I truly believe they are over subscribed and don't have the infrastructure to cope with the demand in peak times so are throttling in some areas.
Did your issue get resolved ??
