Hi Paul

I've checked the connection stats again this morning and the line is now in sync at 40mb.

What speed are you now receiving when running a speed test?

Thanks

Debbie

Hi Paul

Thank you. I will check the connection stats again on Wednesday to see if DLM has made any changes to the line profile/speed.

Hi Paul

Thank you.

The line test is now clear, would it be possible to leave the router at the test socket for 48hrs to see if DLM now starts to increase the speed in this set up?

Thanks

Hi Paull

I'm sorry for the delay.

The line tests have detected a possible fault, is the router connected at the test socket?

Thanks

Debbie

My HUB (Huawei version) took a whole week to be recognised by the Service Centre.

If @Michelle-TalkTalk has remotely checked, I would go with her verdict.

Message 13 of 17

Hi. Connection is ok apart from speed dropped from 38mbps to 25mbps. Also still showing router needs software update.

Hi Paul,

I've checked and the router currently has the latest version of firmware. Is everything ok with your connection?

Thanks 🙂

Hi @Paul661 ,

If you leave your router on 24/7 then normally firmware updates will get pushed out automatically and installed overnight.

If for some reason your router does not pick up the update automatically then the staff here can push them out manually.

One of the staff should hopefully be able to respond within a few days and push out any updates if required.
