Speed cap the second I renews my contract

I was on the faster fibre contract getting a good 60-65 Mbps constantly. I've just renewed the contract on the Fibre 65 plan, literally 2 minutes after doing so I get an email saying Maximum speed: 56.6 Mb, so I do a speed test and yep it hard locks at exactly 56 MB?!?! 

 

Clearly there's a speed cap that's just been put in place as I was getting a good 60-65 Mb just over 30 mins ago before the contract renewal, would like to get this sorted as otherwise I'll be cancelling within the 20 day cancel period if I'm stuck on 56 Mb now

DLM changed your profile yesterday, sync speed is now up to 64.2Mbps, have you noticed the speed improvement?
