I have just run a few speed tests and was unhappy to find my speed is running at 25mps. I am on fast fibre package and in the past my speed is around 35 mps - which is near the speed I would expect. I have been having a few issues with my PC recently, but would not expect they would impact on speed.
Would someone please check this out and if possible do something about it.. Please do not try to sell me an upgraded package - I am quite happy with 35mps if I can get it!

I'm sorry to hear this.
I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults and your line is in sync at 27.4mb.
There have been re connections on the line and this can affect the sync speed.
Has the connection been dropping or has the router been rebooted? (more than once)
