Speeds not reaching minimum gaurantee

Hi, problem as described in title, speeds are not reaching advertised speeds I was gauranteed at purchase.

Im using the talktalk standard router, using powerline ethernet adaptors to test device, using wifi the result on both mobile and desktop is almost identical to these tests on ethernet, aside from obviously ping instability from wifi.

TT guarantee the speed to your router, not the results of speed tests over powerline or WiFi.

What are your line rates as reported when logging into the router interface at 192.168.1.1 ?
