Still not received Eero Pro 6

Hi,

 

I ordered Future Fibre back in December 21 and despite now having a broadband connection, I have still not received my Eero Pro 6. I have phoned twice since and been told it's been "escalated" but I never hear anything back and still no sign of my router. To really rub it in, Talk Talk are still sending us adverts in the post, to sign up and receive an Eero router. Also we should have 6 months free, but for some reason have a bill for £1.47 this month??
