Can anyone advise if I can limit the amount of bandwidth the ethernet ports can use?  It seems streaming Netflix has taking via ethernet is taking killing the wifi for laptops and phones.

Seemed stable for a while and I still don't know what has or hasn't happened to the service.  Apparently my issue has been passed to Openreach some time ago.

I've tried to update my profile, but the website doesn't fit on my screen so I can't see the "next" button to click on it!  Can't you make the layout smaller???!!!!

Apparently it’s a network loop issue. An engineer is coming to investigate.

Hi Joe,

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

Thanks

I'm still getting this wifi drop.  The ethernet is working but the wifi will not provide any internet access, yet the connection is active and I can access the router via wifi.  A reboot corrects the issue for a week or so.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
