My router has been working fine and my internet has had minimal issues since installation in July 2019. Today my router stopped being powered suddenly and will no longer turn on.
I don't know who to contact to replace the router or to troubleshoot. Working from home, as most people are, makes this an urgent request for help.

Thank you @Skynet_TX - I have used the live chat function and, though I have no tracking or written confirmation, I am expecting a new router in the newt 1-2 days as promised.
