Hi TalkTalk staff,

 

I have been sent two BT engineers by TalkTalk due to a faulty line no word if they had fixed it, the moderators have sent me the HG633 modem which drops speed to 25mbps then I have to turn it off for 30mins to bring the speed back to 62mbps.

 

What shall I do now?

I've ordered you a returns bag to send the router back in but I'd keep hold of it for the time being in case we need to test with it again.

 

How have your connection been since your last post?

I've checked our systems but it doesn't really say what the outcome of the visit was. Was there any improvement following the engineer visit?

Yes but that one had WiFi dropouts, but what happened to the BT engineers. Any feedback

I don't know but yeah the speed does drop until I restart the router.
