Good morning all,
Can anyone help please?
I've recently upgraded to Superfast fibre and my latest bill is showing the monthly price I was quoted.
In my account / my package my broadband is still described as faster fibre but with superfast price. Furthermore speed checks are still showing c 38-39 Mb which is as it always was yet Superfast is supposedly minimum 45Mb, usually 51 - 70ish.
I didn't receive an e-mail confirming my change over. Is it possible that the change over hasn't taken place even though I'm being billed for the faster package?

Thanks for getting in touch.
Speed now absolutely fine - c 70Mb so all good.
If I could just comment - maybe when customers change plan to faster broadband speed they should be made aware that router should be turned off for an hour as I was advised by one of the communuity.
