Supposed to be live 7/12!!!

My broadband is supposed to be live ‘up to 12pm 7/12’ but it still isn’t on. On my account it is showing that it is live. I have run a test and that has come back with Track Fault but no explanation of what it is? Very disappointed as have been waiting all day for it to go live.

Sorry I cant offer help but I am having the exact same problem also meant to be live yesterday. Just thought I would jump on your post incase anyone offers advice which may help
