Getting this error every day (router obviously crashing). Sometimes several times a day. Live support have been utterly unhelpful. Perhaps things will be better here?

I've made a change to the firmware on the router, please can you monitor the connection over the next few days and let us know how it compares?

This is a known issue, the staff here on the community will be able to push out firmware version 1.06t to your router, and that should resolve the problem for you.
They will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow to help.
