TalkTalk WiFi Hub power adaptor not working

Hi my WiFi hub has stopped working as there is no power going to it from the adaptor.  I have tried phoning TalkTalk but am unable to speak to anyone, I have plugged in an old router so that I can use the internet but it is very slow. 

 

Please can you send a replacement?

Hi Debbie,

 

The replacement WiFi Hub has arrived, thanks so much and is working perfectly, the internet connection has stabilised and we're getting download of 59 and upload 17.

 

I shall be posting the old WiFi Hub back to you in the returns bag later on today.

Please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

Thanks for starting your own thread, it helps TT ensure they are helping all customers and not missing anyone out.
