Hi,
My Talktalk router hub (Sagemcom) started playing up 48 hours ago with intermittent drop outs and very poor line speed. An external test showed that there was no line fault.
I replaced the Talktalk hub with my previous router yesterday and since then it has worked fine with no drop outs and full line speed.
I have only had the talktalk hub for just over 6 months with no issues up until now. How do I go about getting a relacement?

The line test is detecting a possible fault and Openreach are requesting that we arrange an engineer visit to the property.
Is the router currently connected at the test socket?

It wasn't the router. Open Reach engineer came out 2 day's ago and thought he had fixed the line fault but it has got worse and I now have no outside telephone line. I can't access the chat line either as the line test keeps throwing me back to the start and asking for my mobile. There must be a easier way of contacting talk talk.
