I am moving to a new address ( M72GX) and I have been told by the customer service that TT service is not available. It is a new building where BT is providing fibre.
How can I request TT to be deployed in this location ?

Its usually the case that the new address is not showing yet, New builds can be problematic in this sense and can take a while to show as available
If the homemove team cant locate the address there isn't anything we can do to force it im afraid
