Talktalks interpretation of language and law


Quick update..


Talktalk now admit that I did request cancellation, but are saying they did not follow through with it because I did not complete the complaint process..I'm not sure if that's true, I got my complaint going, but the "complaints manager" refused to handle it via email, and as I couldn't be contacted by phone talktalk closed the complaint...but regardless, as I've repeatedly stated, clear statement of cancellation is all that is required by law, talktalk have confirmed they do not care about that, they've just made this process a lot easier for me lol.


Get out while you can, make sure they listen, get them to confirm it.
