Telephone pole replaced, no internet on the whole street

Hi,

 

A telephone pole was replaced near my house this afternoon. Since it was replaced I've had no internet or phone connection. It's the same for my neighbours who are also connected to the same pole

If others are also affected in your street, then Openreach will have further work scheduled to connect up the previous existing lines once the pole is in situ.

Hi @Fross94,

 

It would be worth going to the Service Centre to run a connection test on your line, if this can detect a clear external fault it may be able to automatically call out an engineer. You can also access this from the ‘My Account’ site.
