I've made this simple request via chat which was handled shockingly by the agent, who then closed the chat on me after asking for the same thing a 6th time. Can someone please switch off WiFi optimisation on my router? Is it too much to ask?
I get the impression that a lot of the live chat and call centre teams don't have any knowledge about the Wi-Fi Optimisation functionality, so they are not best placed to help. However the staff here on the community are very familiar with this behaviour and will be able to help (assuming you have the Sagemcom Wi-Fi Hub). They will hopefully be able to respond to this post within a working day or two to help.
