URGENT HELP NEEDED NO WIFI FROM 10 days

My WiFi stopped working last Sunday,and after several messages to the talk talk community i received a new black talk talk router in my house as I had reported that my old talk talk router kept flashing an orange light and it hasn’t been giving WiFi. However after putting the new router together the problem still remains as there is still a flashy orange light coming even from the new router so I believe that now the open reachBT white router is faulty as that’s not flashing the yellow internet light. Please someone reach out to me on what to do. I am a vulnerable customer with children that need WiFi.Thank you.

@Rumena13 , could you possibly reply to your thread where the OCEs replied to you?
