Unable to connect to server at same time every week

Although I still have a wifi signal, I am unable to make a connection with talktalk server, on any device, every Sunday at midnight.  This has happened since I joined talktalk in February.  I have contacted customer services about this several times, but no one can explain why this happens.  The fault is not the router, the signal or anything else at home and must be an issue with talktalk server.  It is puzzling, and annoying, that this happens every Sunday and, unless it can be resolved by talktalk, will no doubt continue to happen.  Would be grateful for any advice, thanks.

Hi @Roseg18,

 

Have you checked to see if any of the Homesafe settings are turned on, if so try switching them off to see if that helps.

 

Some customers have found that even if they currently have the Homesafe settings switched off, if they switch them on, wait 30 minutes, then switch them off again, that can sometimes help clear this problem.

What hub do you have ? Is service centre showing any issues?
