Unable to track my order

As I can't access the necessary information due to receiving the "Oops! Let's get you back on course", is it possible to receive a status update on my order?

I have place the my order and the estimate to go live date is 21st Nov 2020 so, it have been delayed.

The order has been cancelled as the line is stopped , You will need to place a new order for a new line.
